We have made it to the part of the year where the days get noticeably longer and the sun has real strength. Last weeks snowstorms (yes several in a row) left us with feet of snow everywhere. A heavy snowfall 
is sort of unusual on the immediate coast and the recent storms had done just that. We had planned to go away over the weekend but with all of the snow and perfect late winter weather in the forecast why would we?
Today we are in the midst of a blizzard; very windy, snowing hard, temperature around 20, with a predicted total snowfall of a couple of feet. Winter to be sure.
As I am working on the details of a downtown office and expect to have someone in that office representing me this summer and as always a few guides who sometimes fill in for me on trips. I need to 
make it crystal clear what kind of experience I want my clients to have and provide those folks with the tools, knowledge and ability to make it happen. Along with the promise that we will deliver with a positive attitude.
